It hasn’t been a great week for Joe Biden. The stories coming from Time magazine and the Wall Street Journal are seen as Democrats signaling that the president really isn’t up to the job of being the leader of the free world. He’s too old and feeble. He is suffering from dementia. He speaks so softly in meetings that no one can hear him or understand him.
