President Joe Biden shared a photo of himself on Monday doing some prep work for Tuesday evening’s planned State of the Union Address, prompting a long string of mocking replies and memes.
“State of the Union prep. Get ready, folks,” Biden captioned the photo posted to X. The photo, taken from over his shoulder, showed the president seated outside with his prep binder and a coffee mug.
