This year Biden’s embarrassing moment at a military academy’s commencement ceremony occurred on Saturday when Biden spoke at West Point. He began by absolving the graduates of any minor infractions, which is traditional. He mentioned the rivalry between West Point and Annapolis, home of the United States Naval Academy. Standard stuff.
