Country star Blake Shelton talked about his relationship with wife, singer Gwen Stefani, and getting to be a stepdad to her three sons, saying it changed him in “every possible way.”
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the 47-year-old country singer recalled meeting Stefani on the reality competition series “The Voice” in 2014 and getting to be a stepfather to her three boys now — Kingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10 — whom she shares with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.
“You would see her out at the red chairs if there was a production meeting or whatever and I feel like I got to know Pharrell [Williams] more that year than I did Gwen,” Shelton said of her first year on the show. “It wasn’t until the season she came back, the next one, that the pieces were falling together.”
