Matthew Yglesias is a columnist for Bloomberg Opinion. If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know about this guy, perhaps this will: He was a co-founder of and former columnist for Vox — which is well beyond “left-leaning” (translation: a left-wing rag.) Even better, he writes a blog on Substack titled “Slow Boring.”
So, with the introduction out of the way, let’s visit a Saturday X post by Yglesias, which made the name of Yglesias’ blog even more ironic.
