There’s been a lot going on in the news lately, but I have kept one eye on the goings-on at the southern border.
Just because there are wars outside the United States that catch the eye changes nothing about the importance of our border crisis.
And it is a crisis. A huge crisis, and even if the flow of migrants stopped tomorrow, the US will be dealing with the effects for years to come. Like increased prices after a surge of inflation, the huge bump in the number of migrants won’t decrease the significant burden of the illegals who have already arrived.
UPDATE: This Moroccan man who told me he loves Joe Biden after he crossed illegally into Lukeville, AZ last week has been released by Border Patrol & is already in NYC w/ a court date in October 2024, @AliBradleyTV reports. He openly told us he came for opportunity, not asylum. https://t.co/BnraPIuYiY
