The U.S. Navy is in crisis.
Our shipbuilding infrastructure has been in decline for decades, our capabilities don’t match the demands, and procurement has been a disaster. As Chinese capabilities and the threat they pose rise by the year, the Navy is in desperate need of reform.
Which is why I am so glad to see that the Naval War College is taking on the task of improving our Naval warfighting capabilities.
How much more convincing do we need to demonstrate that our military is not a trained and ready force for WAR?
