Candace Cameron Bure said people are less worried these days about being canceled if they talk about their faith, calling it a very “hopeful” time.
“I feel like people are just a little less afraid of being canceled now that they can share their faith openly or whatever their opinions are [even] if they’re not congruent with some other people’s opinions,” the 48-year-old actress said from the Movieguard Awards red carpet, per Fox News.
“And, so, I love seeing this in our country, and I’m hopeful,” she added. “I’m very hopeful.”
