Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum appeared to lose her patience with Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) during a Wednesday interview on “The Story,” calling him out directly for refusing to acknowledge the massive amounts of fraud, waste, and abuse that have been uncovered by the Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
MacCallum asked Coons for his reaction to the numbers that DOGE has been putting out since its inception — particularly with regard to Social Security — and the Delaware Democrat repeatedly attempted to downplay the DOGE team’s findings and dismiss them as just a “small percentage” of the federal government’s budget.
