Comedian Ricky Gervais, who is no stranger to the progressive backlash against anything funny, offered a compelling suggestion for the next Academy Awards celebration. But, as always, his recommendation is so incredible that there is absolutely no way that the elitists who put these self-congratulatory spectacles together would dare to take it.
On Tuesday, Gervais wrote a post in which he suggested that he and fellow comedian Dave Chappelle, who just rattled more chains with his most recent special, should host the next Oscars.
