Former President Joe Biden is back in action, as we previously reported, giving a belated Memorial Day-themed speech in his home state of Delaware roughly a week and a half after the announcement that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
As my RedState colleague Bonchie noted, it was a classic Biden speech, containing flubs, incoherence, “Angry Joe” shouts, and a moment where it appeared Biden had forgotten the words to the Declaration of Independence.
After the speech concluded, Biden held an informal press gaggle with reporters where some rather “interesting” things happened.
