Danica Patrick is used to going against the grain, first as a female NASCAR driver and now as one of the few famous faces who is willing to go public with their support for Donald Trump. In fact, Patrick is so all-in on Trump that he will receive her first-ever presidential vote.
That’s right, Patrick has never cast a vote before, as she told Fox News’ Jesse Watters on the Monday edition of his show, “Jesse Watters Primetime.” She said it wasn’t something she was proud of, but she had been focused solely on driving for so long that she “didn’t really have the time or energy to understand politics.” Things changed for her recently, though: “I went from not watching the news for the past six years to, basically, since the start of the year, that’s all I watch.”
