When Robert F. Kennedy Jr talked about Democrat Party lawfare on Friday, he knew of what he spoke. In an interview with Tucker Carlson last night, RFK explains that Democrats had kept him in court for “the past three weeks” in lawsuits trying to force him off the ballots. The effort to defend his ballot access cost the Kennedy campaign $10 million, not just the time Kennedy had to spend in court rather than campaigning.
