Crews put up more fencing outside of the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago after protesters broke through the outer security perimeter on Monday.
Between two rows of already-installed barriers around where the breach took place near the United Center, workers placed a third line of fencing early on Tuesday, according to CNN.
