President Donald Trump’s eldest son slammed the highly controversial criminal trial that his father faces in New York on Tuesday, saying the fact that President Joe Biden’s campaign was holding a political event across the street proved that the trial was nothing more than a “witch hunt.”
After largely ignoring Trump’s ongoing hush-money trial in New York, Biden’s campaign held an event outside the courthouse as the trial is set to go to closing arguments. The Biden campaign invited actor Robert De Niro — who is known for making vulgar attacks on the former president — to speak.
