Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, has thrown up another roadblock to President Donald Trump’s plans to remove illegal immigrants who were granted parole under the Biden-Harris administration. This upwards of 875,000 illegals from Afghanistan, Latin America, and Ukraine were allowed into the country under sponsorship by Americans. Along with their American sponsors and a San Diego non-profit, eight of them have formed a class which was certified by Judge Talwani, effectively preventing the removal or deportation of any illegal who is a part of the class until the case has run its course:
