Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), who has broken with the Left’s orthodoxy numerous times, did it again, ripping into leftists on social media who celebrated the alleged murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Thompson was shot to death on December 4 outside an entrance to the New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan. A suspect has been arrested for his murder, and many leftists cheered the killing.
“He’s the a**hole that’s going to die in prison,” Fetterman stated. “Congratulations if you want to celebrate that. A sewer is going to sewer. That’s what social media is about. And I don’t know why the media wants to turn that into a story, just with these trolls saying these kinds of things anonymously like that. I don’t know why that’s news.
