Florida judge blocks Biden’s new catch and release policy for illegal migrants

The Biden administration has a new policy on catch and release for illegal aliens due to the expiration of Title 42. In a memo released on Wednesday, just hours before Title 42 expired, Border Patrol agents were authorized to use Biden’s parole policy to catch and release illegal aliens caught up in the border surge that Title 42 is expected to produce.
