It’s hard to know what to make of this, but for the second day in a row, Kamala Harris is not campaigning.
The only event she has on her schedule is a town hall on CNN tonight. It IS in Pennsylvania, so you might make the argument that she is “campaigning” in the state, but that is such a stretch that the rubber band might break.
A few possibilities:
1 – She’s just really bad at this, and has to spend an inordinate amount of time preparing for an interview due to her sucktitude at it.
2 – She’s confident she’s winning, and the interview (which she’s historically bad at) will not hurt her.
