Former Chicago Bears QB Arrested In Tennessee

Former Vanderbilt University and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was arrested for driving under the influence in Franklin, Tennessee, on Thursday night.

Cutler, 41, was charged with DUI, possession of a handgun while intoxicated, failure to exercise due care, and violation of implied consent law, WKRN reported. The Pro Bowler, who started his NFL career with the Denver Broncos, was booked in the Williamson County Jail and was released late Thursday night after posting $5,000 bond, according to TMZ.

Following an impressive college career at Vanderbilt, Cutler was selected 11th overall by the Broncos in the 2006 NFL draft. He was traded to the Bears in 2009 and played in Chicago for eight seasons….
