Many of the events taking place on Inauguration Day have been solemn in nature, which is appropriate to the importance of the ceremonies involved with it. RedState has extensively covered the over 200 executive orders and actions, many of which President Donald Trump promised during the 2024 presidential campaign to sign on Day One.
But during one point in the newly sworn-in president’s signing ceremony in the Oval Office on Monday afternoon, there was a somewhat lighthearted moment in an interaction with the gathered members of the media.
