NFL Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss has finally revealed that the health issue he’s been battling is cancer and that he underwent major surgery to deal with the cancerous mass.
In an Instagram Live on Friday, Moss labeled himself a “cancer survivor,” after undergoing surgery for a mass discovered in his bile duct, between the liver and pancreas.
“Been in the hospital for six days. I just got out today — thank God!” Moss said. “Man the prayer warriors. I felt all the prayers coming through there. … You prayer warriors, all my teammates. I’ve seen everything you guys tweeted at me. All the prayers. All the well-wishes.”
