On the 25th of February this year, a young Air Force airman who’d grown up in a religious cult, (then broke free “trading one high control group for another high control group” – the Air Force) gave away his cat and his fridge full of rootbeer. He had already texted his closest friend to apologize and say he would miss him. He sent the buddy a copy of his will and got his livestream fired up.
Twelve minutes later, Aaron Bushnell was a flaming human tiki torch in front of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., engaging in an “extreme act of protest“ while shouting he would “no longer be complicit in genocide.”
