Here’s Johnny (Dean), Again! – RedState

Meet John Dean, the former Republican presidential advisor, writing recently in the Hill newspaper and bemoaning Donald Trump’s evil desire to gain a third term in the presidency because Trump “likes constitutional end runs.”





Note that John Dean is not to be confused with James Dean, the movie star, or Jimmy Dean, the sausage king.

John Dean used to be a White House Counsel for Republican President Richard Nixon in the ’70s. Nixon valued Dean because he was friendly with the Barry Goldwater family and had other good political connections, and Dean was young, and Nixon thought he had appeal to the younger generation. This allowed Dean to get his high position despite his checkered past at the Big Law firm, Welch & Morgan.
