House Republicans to NGOs working on the border: Preserve your documents

A group of House Republicans are preparing to investigate three non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working on the southern border to assist illegal immigrants when they enter the country. Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX) is leading the effort. The other House Republicans are Tom Tiffany (WI), Jake Ellzey (TX), and Andy Biggs (AZ). The group sent a letter to the NGOs telling them to preserve documents and communications related to their operations.
