As I write this Israel is defending itself from hundreds of Iranian ballistic missiles, Israeli troops are in Gaza and Lebanon, and thousands of Arabs and Israelis have died.
A year ago, the Harris/Biden administration bragged that they had the Middle East under control and at relative peace.
One year ago today, Jake Sullivan bragged that “the Middle East region is quieter today than it has been in two decades” as he specifically pointed to Yemen, Iraq, & Iran. The Oct. 7th attack happened just over a week later, and the region is now on fire.pic.twitter.com/vP9OWXwmgn
