Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) believes President Donald Trump is enjoying a bit of a bump in the polls in his second term because the American people just aren’t that bright.

In an appearance with the ladies of “The View” on Wednesday, the Texas liberal was challenged by the panel’s token conservative, Alyssa Farah Griffin, as to why voters seem to be backing Trump as he delivers on his many campaign promises.
“My takeaway is just like the election: We’ve got to do better at education,” Crockett replied.
