The JD Vance memes have been out there for a while.
Perhaps the most famous one is the side-eye. He did a couple of versions of that on Tuesday when the Democrats were acting up during President Donald Trump’s Joint Address to Congress.

But in the wake of the ruckus in the Oval Office with Volodymyr Zelensky, the left started trying to put out memes about Vance. Then the right grabbed it back by embracing the trend that they started first.
