It has been one week since the assassination attempt on the GOP nominee for president, Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump is back on the campaign trail, this time with his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-OH). Both are speaking at a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Vance took the stage as the event started, and one of the topics he spoke about was Vice President Kamala Harris‘ criticism of him.
Harris said that Vance’s loyalty was to Trump and not to the United States of America. Harris, a career politician, is questioning Vance, a former Marine, on his loyalty to the country:
