Jim Jordan and the Select Subcommittee on Weaponization Would Like a Word – RedState

In the wake of Thursday’s guilty verdict against former President Donald Trump in Manhattan, we’ve seen a lot of reaction from members of Congress, both Republican and Democrat. While Republicans still maintain the majority in the House, they have the ability to use their oversight powers to probe whether there was coordination between the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and the Biden Justice Department, and it looks like they’re wasting little time in doing just that. 

On Friday, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, sent letters to D.A. Alvin Bragg and to Matthew Colangelo (the former “number three” Biden Justice Department official, who stepped down from that role to serve as a lead prosecutor on the Trump prosecution team in Bragg’s office) “inviting” them to appear…
