Acclaimed actor Jon Voight rallied with Trump supporters at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., on Sunday ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Voight celebrated Trump’s November victory over Vice President Kamala Harris, calling the election outcome “the greatest win of all time.”
“What an honor it is for me to be up here in front of you great men and women who’ve all come here to celebrate the greatest win of all time – the greatest win of all time, the victory we were all fighting for to save our country, our democracy,” Voight said to resounding cheers. “And I’m so grateful that I’m able to say that Donald J. Trump is the 47th President of the United States of America.”
He went on to say that Trump would make the United States “thrive again, he will make America great again, safe again.”
