JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon has donated to Democrats in the past, so I think what he had to say about former President Donald Trump might have just shocked a lot of people.
He also said it on multiple networks, on CNBC and Fox, so he clearly wanted to get his point out there.
What was Dimon’s point? That it’s wrong for Democrats (like Joe Biden) to be attacking MAGA voters because, as he pointed out, people are voting for Trump because he was right on several policy issues. This is a criticism of Democratic tactics, but it’s also some basic truth.
I think it’s fair to say this is very bad for Biden.
