Kamala Harris may not be occupying the top spot in government, but she does tend to imitate Joe Biden in one area — a tendency to say ridiculous and/or untrue things. She also tends toward incoherence, although it’s a different variety than Biden shows. Her words are clear, they’re just mostly empty and repetitive, while it’s hard to even know sometimes just exactly what Biden is saying.
Harris also has a gift for saying things that just make you scratch your head and say, “What the heck?” because what she’s just said is so bizarre. This is one of those times.
She claims she’s a sports fan but listen as she claims to a reporter that she’ll give him a “history lesson,” that women “were not allowed to have brackets” [for the NCAA tournament] until 2022.
