Kamala Won’t Give Concession Speech Until Wednesday Afternoon

Vice President Kamala Harris, who did not address supporters at her campaign’s watch party on Tuesday night, will wait until 4:00 p.m. ET Wednesday to deliver a concession speech, CBS News reported.

The presidential race was called for Donald Trump in the early morning hours on Wednesday after he was projected to beat Harris in the all-important swing states of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Trump also won Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina. The races in Arizona and Michigan have yet to be called as of Wednesday morning, but Trump remains in the lead in both states.

NBC News reported that Harris is also expected to call Trump at some point on Wednesday as is President Joe Biden.
