Former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, who is currently running for the U.S. Senate, gave some more juicy details surrounding the bombshell revelation that a high-ranking Republican tried to bribe her to stay out of politics.
During a conversation with conservative commentator Glenn Beck, Lake explained what led her to release the audio to the public. She recounted listening to the audio while having dinner with her family almost one year after her conversation with former Arizona GOP Chairman Jeff DeWit, who claimed “very powerful people” from the “east” told him they were willing to pay her to stay out of politics and refrain from running for office for two years:
