As we previously reported, several siblings of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded with fury in response to his endorsement of GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump after RFK Jr., the son of the late Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, suspended his independent presidential campaign bid Friday.
“Our brother Bobby’s decision to endorse Trump today is a betrayal of the values that our father and our family hold most dear. It is a sad ending to a sad story,” the statement, issued by Kerry Kennedy and posted to the Twitter/X machine, read.
As we also noted, though, the emphasis put on Kennedy family “values” in the statement rang a little hollow considering the list of Kennedy family scandals, corruption, and malfeasance is longer than Santa’s naughty list.
