You may remember this callous murder which happened in August in the city of Las Vegas. A retired police chief named Andreas Probst went out for a morning bike ride. Two teens, Jesus Ayala and Jzamir Keys, came up behind him in a stolen car and deliberately ran him down. They livestreamed the whole attack.
