First thing Friday morning, President Donald Trump jumped on his Truth Social account to mock Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) and the other Democrats trying their darnedest to craft a win out of the Kilmar Abrego Garcia immigration case.
Their sad efforts continued, however, with Van Hollen holding a self-congratulatory presser after he returned to U.S. soil after meeting with Abrego Garcia in prison, as my colleague Sister Toldjah wrote.
We also saw other Democrats, hoping to keep the circus going with sympathetic media coverage showing themselves “doing something” to fight the Trump administration’s attempts to keep Americans safe, getting shot down on requests to jump on planes bound for El Salvador–on taxpayers’ dime.
