Decision Desk HQ called the race for New Hampshire Congressional District 2. With 75 percent of the vote counted, Democrat Maggie Goodlander has been declared the winner of the congressional seat, defeating Republican Lilly Tang Williams 54 percent to 46 percent.
Williams ran a wholly grassroots campaign focused on Second Amendment and free speech rights, and the economy.
