If there’s one thing I’m not likely to forget about the 2024 State of the Union event outside of Joe Biden’s grumpy old man glares, it will be the priceless reactions of House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) who understandably could not contain the head-shaking, eye-rolling, and sighing over Biden’s blatantly partisan campaign speech address.
As RedState reported, Johnson quickly became the surprise star of the evening, with his comical facial expressions to Biden’s numerous false claims and angry rhetoric stealing the show very early on.
