As RedState previously reported, on Saturday the House of Representatives passed a $60.8 billion Ukraine foreign aid bill (H.R. 8035) with a vote of 311-112, despite the majority of Republicans voting against it. All Republican proposed amendments, including reducing all funding to zero and eliminating non-military aid, were rejected.
