Incoming national security adviser Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) said during an interview over the weekend the reason that Ukraine has been unable to beat Russia is because their conscription age is significantly higher than it should be, meaning that there are hundreds of thousands of soldiers that it could have access to that are not on the battlefield.
Waltz made the remarks during an interview on ABC News’ “This Week” with Jonathan Karl when asked about President-elect Donald Trump’s plans to end the war in Ukraine.
