Looks like another part of the lawfare against former President Donald Trump is going up in flames.
As we reported, the government admitted to to misleading the Court that the documents had been let untouched since its seizure last year. “The Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel previously understood and represented to the Court,” they acknowledged.

That set off a firestorm, and now Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the chair of the House Judiciary Committee, has announced they’ve investigating Smith after Smith’s acknowledgement that some of the evidence in President Trump’s classified documents case “was altered or manipulated after it was seized by the FBI in its raid on Mar-a-Lago.”
