Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has vowed to launch an investigation into Google’s rampant election interference on Thursday, affirming that the tech giant “is waging war on the democratic process.”
In a statement posted on X, Bailey remarked, “I am launching an investigation into Google – the biggest search engine in America – for censoring conservative speech during the most consequential election in our nation’s history.”
He continued, “It’s time to fight back.”
Bailey has shown his dedication to preserving Americans’ First Amendment rights several times. In a case inherited from his predecessor, Murthy v.
