I reported part of Joe Biden at the Mayors’ Meeting at the White House on Friday, how his weirdness is getting worse, including messing up Pete Buttigieg’s name, telling a strange story about how you should marry someone with five sisters, and saying a questionable word when describing what his wife would do.

But it turns out that was just a teaser for far more weirdness and incoherence in the afternoon. I don’t know how they can trot this guy out before a bipartisan group of mayors. Even if the Democrats accept this, you’re going to have Republican mayors in there who are going to know how bad he is; they’re going to get a good look, up close and personal.
