MSNBC Guest Suggests GOP Rep Would Stoop To Porn If She Loses House Seat

Democratic strategist Kurt Bardella suggested that Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) might stoop to doing amateur pornography if her re-election bid did not prove successful.

Bardella discussed the possible outcomes of Boebert’s race — which is still too close to call — with MSNBC host Joy Reid during her Wednesday broadcast of “The Reidout,” and he said that if her seat turned out to be a loss for the Republican Party, it might yet be “a gain for OnlyFans.”

Noting just how tight the race was between Boebert and her Democratic challenger, Adam Frisch, Reid wondered aloud what the future might hold for the Republican if she were to lose her seat.

“What’s the meaning if Lauren Boebert — the second most popular QAnon congressperson in MAGA — what if she goes, what if she loses?” Reid asked.

The MSNBC host went on to wave finger guns and mock Boebert, a vocal supporter of the 2nd Amendment, over the fact that her previous establishment — the open-carry friendly Shooters Grill had closed: “What job will she have, because I don’t think Shooters exists anymore? Bang, bang, I don’t think Shooters exists anymore.”

“I guess it might be a gain for OnlyFans,” Bardella said in response, referencing the internet content subscription service that often caters to sex workers and amateur pornographic content. Bardella got a loud laugh from Reid and a shocked expression from his fellow panelist — political analyst and former Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill (D).

“I don’t know what she would do in that scenario,” Bardella continued, adding, “But I think that for — symbolically, to take out one of the poster childs of the MAGA movement, someone who has been an absolute disgrace to the office that she holds, would be a great feather in the cap and would, I think, cement the fact that this has been an absolute unmitigated disaster for the MAGA wing of the Republican Party.”

Boebert offered her response to Bardella in a scathing tweet, saying, “Liberals even suck at feminism. Can y’all do anything right?”

Bardella offered an apology — of sorts — when confronted by public health activist Alexandra Hunt, claiming he had never meant to shame women.

1.) I appreciate your feedback and when someone from your vantage point weighs in – that warrants consideration and reflection. I’ll be more thoughtful about my words in the future. It is NEVER my intention to shame women. I apologize. Period. https://t.co/AGuK92Ls7I

He then qualified his apology by stating that there was nothing wrong with the consensual activity promoted by OnlyFans and then claimed that what he had said about Boebert wasn’t really wrong since Republicans weren’t the ones who cared about issues like misogyny.

3.) That said, I have zero appetite for the faux-outrage coming from the MAGA-ites because we all know they don’t give a rip about sexism, misogyny or equality. They are hypocrites of the first order.

Just look at their standard-bearer

The latest vote totals at the time of publication — according to the Associated Press — showed that 98% of the votes for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District had been tallied, and Boebert (with 50.1%) was slightly ahead of Frisch (with 49.9%) but was leading by fewer than 400 votes.
