On Sunday night, tech mogul, Trump ally, and head of the Department of Government Efficiency Elon Musk held a rally for state Supreme Court candidate Judge Brad Schimel and handed out $1 million checks to two people at that event who agreed to be spokespeople for the campaign.

This was after Attorney General Josh Kaul went to court to try and stop the payments but was rebuffed, first by a lower judge and then just before the event by none other than the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Musk came bounding out in a “cheesehead hat” to the tune of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Freebird.”
