Moving ahead with Israel’s goal of eliminating Hamas from Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved the plans for the IDF to enter Rafah, Hamas’ last stronghold, where it is believed the Israeli hostages held by Gaza remain.

Noting the effort by some outside of Israel to stop Israel from finishing the war against Hamas, Ophir Falk, an advisor to Netanyahu, wrote in The Wall Street Journal on Thursday, “Mounting international pressure to end the war won’t weaken Israel’s resolve to accomplish its mission of destroying Hamas, freeing the hostages and guaranteeing that Gaza will never pose a threat to Israel again….
