Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley criticized former President Donald Trump over the weekend for how he handled a multitude of issues while in the White House.
Haley made the remarks during a Sunday interview with Jonathan Karl on ABC News’ “This Week” while discussing remarks that she has made about the former president.
Haley praised the former president, saying that he was the right person for the job and that she “had a good working relationship with him.”
She then turned the tables and began to criticize him.
“I don’t agree with how he handles national security,” she said. “He focused on trade with China, but he did nothing about the fentanyl flow. He did nothing about the fact that fentanyl has killed so many of our Americans.”
She also criticized him for adding trillions to the U.S. national debt, a good chunk of which was added due to the pandemic.
