Then, the clearly partisan Judge Arthur Engoron came down with a ludicrous $355 million fine on Trump in Letitia James’ witchhunt against the former president over alleged real estate fraud. It was a case in which there were no victims and no losses to banks or other creditors, making one wonder, where’s the actual crime?
Pundits on both sides were awed by the overreach.
